Hospitality Management
Program Outcome
Students have the
capabilities to apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program
to a variety of career opportunities in the food and hospitality
industries. These opportunities encompass
initial employment as apprentices, cook’s helpers/cooks to positions as
intermediate cooks/culinarian in established
restaurants and hotels. Students have
the potential to advance to higher professional positions and have the
necessary academic background to pursue an advanced professional degree or to
transfer to a four year college or university to pursue a BA or BS degree.
