What to do for Thursday, January 22nd:

Read the selections from Dorothy Wordsworth (pages 383-400).

To do:

1.      As always, read with a pencil and underline your YEEEEEEHAAAAs.

2.      We will divide up her journal so that each of us has a segment. Know your segment well enough so that when we run around the class you can BE Dorothy on that day and tell us what is going on in your life.

3.      Imitate her diary. Pretend a new entry or two of her diary has been found. Feel free to make it witty, though it would be nice to also make references to the writers and the times. (Example: What really happened on those long walks with Coleridge? Or maybe she’s fed up with caring for Wordsworth, whose poetry she thinks is plain.)
