Proposed
Committee members Spring 2007
The course outlines
for this campus are the key communication element to other colleges and the
state when they look at our offerings. The curriculum committee members are
dedicated to helping you make your course outlines the best they can be. Here
are some links to help with the logistics:
How to Find
Forms (opens in a new window)
 |
Each action in the curriculum committee must have a paper trail. The forms
used can be located by following the instructions on the Find Forms Page
link above. If you are reviewing an old outline, writing a new class, or
discontinuing a current class, you will need to know where the forms are
located. |
How to find
Current Course Outlines (opens in a new window)
 |
All current
courses are available for you to read. If you are teaching a course on this
campus, you must follow the course outline officially filed for that course.
If the course you are teaching varies by more than 20% from the course
outline, you need to write a new course. Check out how to find the current
course outlines on the linked page above. |

All current
course must be reviewed every 5 years. Depending on how much needs to be
revised, your revision may need to be in sooner than you think. If your
course is part of a major and the changes will effect next years catalog, it
will have a specific date it needs to be filled by in order for the new
catalog to reflect such changes. Check out the
Schedule page for more info. |
