Find the link from Columbia College's homepage to the custom log in page. Before logging in there are few things to do before entering.

1. Check the technical requirements tab to make sure your computer's hardware is compatible.

2. Check the Browser Support in order to make sure your browser is Online Ready. Follow the instructions to test if you browser has the proper settings and plug-ins. For example pop-ups must be enabled in order for the online classroom to work properly. If you see a red X by one one of the support tools then follow the directions carefully to ensure they are properly enabled or installed.

3. Log in using your w number and your 6 digit birthdate.

4. Use the HELP tab to locate the Help Desk information if you are unable to log in or you have questions or concerns.
