Intermediate Sports Conditioning
1 unit Activity: 1.5 - 4.5 hours This course is designed to expand upon the concepts and various components of sport-related conditioning introduced in HHP 76. Measurements of flexibility, strength, endurance and agility are included. In addition, special emphasis is placed up the learning of the concepts and theories of sports conditioning programs tailored to the individual's sport. May be repeated two times. Transfer: UC/CSU (Transfer credit limited. See a counselor.) |
