Beginning Sports Conditioning .5

1.5 units Activity: 1.5 - 4.5 hours This is a course designed to expose the student to the various components of sport-related conditioning. the student will develop a theoretical knowledge of these components and will participate in activities that include jogging, running, plyometrics, as well as strength training and flexibility training. This class is for the athlete or student wishing to participate in a vigorous training program. May be repeated two times. Transfer: UC/CSU (Transfer credit limited. See a counselor.) |
