Lifetime Fitness Program II
1-2 units Prerequisite: HHP 6A with a grade of C, CR, P, or better or equivalent Laboratory: 3-6 hours A continuation of the exercise principles and practices employing the circuit training system presented in Lifetime Fitness I, with emphasis on improving fitness component levels, compliance, motivation, and increased awareness of sound nutritional practices. May be repeated two times. Transfer: UC/CSU (Transfer credit limited. See a counselor.) |
