1-3 units Lecture: .5-1.5 hours Laboratory: 1.5-4.5 hours Introduction to the fundamental principles and practices of scientific exercise conditioning, nutritional requirements, weight control techniques, coronary heart disease concepts, and considerations of preventive medicine.
