Weight Training II
.5 - 1.5 units Recommended for Success: HHP 56A or equivalent Activity: 1.5 - 4.5 hours Designed to help individuals accomplish a fine state of physical fitness through the use of "overload" equipment and progressive resistance exercises. Each person shall, with the counseling of the instructor, analyze particular needs and establish a program that will help accomplish these goals. May be repeated one time. Transfer: UC/CSU (Transfer credit limited. See a counselor.) |
