Stability Ball Training for Fitness
.5-2 units Activity: 1.5 - 6 hours This class is designed to acquaint students with non-traditional physical activities as a means to achieve personal fitness goals. Coursework will focus on the development/improvement of muscular strength and endurance, cardio-respiratory fitness and flexibility by using the stability ball. May be repeated three times. Transfer: UC/CSU (Transfer credit limited. See a counselor.) |
