GIS Applications
3 units Recommended for Success: CMPSC 60 or GEOGR 60 Lecture: 3 hours This course uses the ArcGIS ArcView software to explore intermediate topics in GIS applications. Topics include geodatabase creation and editing, geoprocessing models, geocoding, and working with annotation. The course consists of a combination of lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and a student project. Credit may be earned for only one of the following: CMPSC 65 or GEOGR 65.
