How To Fill Out Online Forms:
Welcome to the Electronic Data Submission system. The following are instructions on how to fill out the online forms. Once you have read through the instructions, you will be ready to begin filling out the forms.
Read first:
STEP ONE:
If this is your first time filling out an online form using the online system, you must create a New User account.
STEP TWO:
A confirmation message will be sent to your email address after you've completed the New User Account Form.
STEP THREE:
Log In. You must provide your username and password. You created both when filling out the New User Account Form.
STEP FOUR:
Please refer to your Columbia College Financial Aid Missing Information Letter or Email Notification to determine which forms are required. Submit ONLY those forms requested by the Columbia College Financial Aid Office.
STEP FIVE:
Make sure to fill out each field accurately and completely.
FINAL STEP:
When you are finished filling out the form, print a copy for your files and submit.
