This course includes concepts of computer information systems in business, industry and other institutions. Study of computers and applications will also be covered. Actual practice is on personal computers in Windows environments on a network. Lab applications include graphical use interface, spreadsheets, word processing, database management, multi-media presentations and access to the internet and World-Wide Web. (MJC CMPSC 201)
