Principles, concepts and methods used in examining  predominant attitudes and practices regarding death, dying, and grief in the U.S.; included will be material relevant to suicide, the terminally ill, bereavement, and various viewpoints about the phenomenon of death. Field trips may be required.  (MJC HUMSR 114)
