CURRICULUM COMMITTEE

SPECIAL ADDENDUM MEETING

MARCH 14, 2007

Present: Joe Ryan, Carolyn Buck, Tom O’Neil, Dennis Gervin and Jeri Perez , recorder.

Absent: Gary Mendenhall

A draft of the Addendum procedures was drawn up, see attached diagram and draft procedures.

Carolyn Buck will review other Institutions’ Curriculum Policies and Procedures guidelines for some ideas.

Dennis Gervin is on a committee that is reviewing Columbia’s Policies and Procedures; he reported that there really isn’t any such documents, or at least non have been found. The committee is working on getting Policies and Procedures of different areas into place.

Jeri will take a look to see if she can find any old Policies and Procedures within the Academic Senate’s files.

Jeri will check to see if Rose has set up a meeting for Joe, Carolyn and Marty to meet and design a Curriculum webpage.

#1 concern is to have our curriculum procedures’ dates in sync with the date of presentation to the YCCD Board.
