1. Electronic changes to courses during meetings. To expedite the final approval and entry of courses into Datatel, revisions made to curriculum forms in committee will be recorded, viewed and approved during committee meetings whenever feasible.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Changes in Liberal Studies Majors: Drafts developed by the Counseling Department
have been reviewed by the Executive Board and will now be forwarded to the
State Chancellors office for feedback. This
will give us necessary information regarding what the State considers
acceptable, since no guidelines have been issued. The revisions will then return to the
